I got a replacement main board from Creality that fixed the issue which took about 1 month to get it, install and tested. I still stand by my comments below of not buying directly from Creality due to them not honoring their return policy and the return shipping fee. Buy from local source if you were buying Creality products.
Do not buy their products directly because there is no support and they do not honor their return policy. I bought an Ender 5 Pro and it was DOA. I was asked to ship the item back to China even though I bought the product and the product was shipped from Canada. I was also asked to pay for the shipping back to China to get the refund. I am willing to ship back the product but according to their return and warranty page, they should be covering the return shipping back because it is the printer itself that is DOA. They are horrible to deal with. If you like Creality products buy from local stores that provide supports and use CC. Paypal just says it is not their problem.

I am very happy with the Ender 3 V2. It came very well packed, and with all parts accounted for and in perfect condition. Assembly was not for the easily intimidated but I feel that to be true for all 3D printers - it absolutely helps to follow some YouTube videos. I have been getting excellent prints from day one after getting it all dialed in. This was my first 3D printer, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I hope to progress to larger machines and resin printing in the future, but for a first printer you can’t beat the ease and support coupled with the fantastic results the Ender 3 V2 provides. Enough machine there to do what you need, with just the right amount of upgrades and tinkering to look forward to but aren’t needed in order to get good prints. Biggest tip I can give to other newbies is clean the bed off with alcohol between prints - otherwise it doesn’t matter how level the bed is - prints won’t stick. At least, that was my biggest frustration so far, and a minor one at that. Who would have guessed alcohol IS the solution?

I was super nervous reading some of the negative reviews here - and who knows maybe it will still come back to bite me in the future. But I was after the Ender 3 V2 and, shopping around, these were incredibly cheap (it felt too good to be true, adding to the sense of nervousness).
I ordered two days ago. It's here, delivered, today. Came via DHL and told me with notifications when it was going to be delivered. Can only say this has lived up to my expectations. I nearly ordered via the more popular retail sites that promised delivery just as quick, but for a saving of at least 25% there's absolutely no reason not to go direct.
I can only ponder whether other's experiences are in different countries (I was in the UK - where I was also dubious about impacts from Brexit), or the company has undergone a fundamental change in processes, or if some experiences are simply misdirected at this site? Who knows. If you're looking for some validation to buy from here, you'd certainly have mine.

Absolutely fantastic product, along with friendly customer service and record breaking delivery time, buying from Creality was definitely the right choice to make, the quality of the prints is outstanding! I can't believe the value of this machine for such a low price.

My Ender 3 pro performs great and has never let me down. The ease of use and quality prints are a joy. The low price does not match the quality that the machine produces as I would expect a machine built this good would cost much more.

Product and service was spot on, I recommend them highly. My experience was very good and helpful.

After not being able to track my shipment for several weeks, and after getting it weeks past its supposed delivery date, customer service is horrid. After refusing to send me a missing part for nearly 8 months, they begrudgingly agreed after nearly a dozen emails. I have heard from others that they guilt trip customers trying to return defective products, giving me little reason to believe that my experience is anything other than normal. If you want to get product without an honored warranty and with zero after-sales support, shop here.

Creality's official store is complete, thorough, and has the same (sometimes better!) prices as Amazon and other online outlets. I especially liked the chat feature, where I got quick answers to compatibility questions for accessories. Shopping was easy, checkout was secure, and shipping was fast. The place to go for Creality 3D printer products and accessories.

I've always wanted to get into 3-D printing but I was a bit intimidated by the amount of work to research and build the printer and then to learn how to design and print. After much researching I decided to get an Ender-3 V2 when it was in pre-order. I've been 100% satisfied with the product. Not only was it easy to assemble and got me up and going quickly, but it's been able to be a great base for me to upgrade it as I've become more knowledgeable.

Amazing ender 3 pro. Fast shipping and everything works, apart from warped bed, but no worries: thats an easy fix! Install marlin manual bed leveling and you are done!
